Technical stuff
The basic building block of FootPound ERP is a FootPound ERP Module. A module is a self-contained system that performs one business function such as Payroll, Invoicing, or monthly statements. Clusters are a group of related modules. A FootPound ERP Tenant is a collection of cluster modules. One tenant is used exclusively by one client and no two clients will share a tenant and its data. We have a RabbitMQ Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) that enables us to build integration middleware to any of your existing and future systems.

FootPound Vibranium
With the Vibranium package, you will have a dedicated Product Support Specialist and if you elect to have an on-premise deployment then the Product Support Specialist will be based at your premises full time. Otherwise, if you elect for the cloud only deployment then the Product Support Specialist will come to your offices as and when the business requires them to.
Human Resources Cluster
A growing business experiences lots of growing pains, one of those pains is in Human Resource management. When the business started it was relatively easy to manage your employee's salaries by using an excel spreadsheet and a word template payslip. You kept all your employees' documentation and records in your email inbox. You may have even noted down their annual leave applications or disciplinary issues inside a word document. These rudimentary human resource systems will start to strain as your employee headcount grows and you spend an ever-increasing time editing these templates. This is where FootPound ERP steps in. FootPound Employment module manages your employees hiring and termination. And serves as a repository for your employees’ documentation such as employment contracts, certificates, and ID books. FootPound MyLeave module manages your employees’ annual leave, family responsibility leave, and other leave application management. FootPound MyLeave module has auto-escalation features that will automatically kick up the pending leave application to the manager’s manager should the current manager take long to process. FootPound Industrial Relations module manages your code of conduct and enforcement in the form of verbal, written, and final warnings. The warnings are CCMA compliant. FootPound Payroll module manages your employee’s payroll. Your employee’s salary packages are structured as remuneration packages inside the Payroll module. Once the remuneration package has been approved the system will generate a payslip for that employee at every payroll run.
Sales Receivables and Payables Cluster
We’ve all been there, after a quick google search you locate what seems to be a good service provider for something that you want or need. You get in contact with the service provider and ask for a quote or invoice and you receive something like this! You get an MS Word quote or invoice. Still editable. Without any of the service provider’s corporate identity save for their company name and maybe a VAT number. Are you this service provider? This service provider will never extract an age analysis report of all their unpaid invoices in a quick manner. In FootPound ERP, we have a SalesQuote module that will quickly generate PDF quotes for your clients. The SalesQuote module will also quickly convert your approved quotes into sales invoices. A SalesInvoice module that creates and issues SARS-complaint invoices. You cannot edit an issued invoice. It's again the law, it's fraud if you do. You will need the CreditMemo module to credit the issued invoice. The DeliveryWayBill module manages the logistics of delivering the paid SalesInvoice goods to the client.
Finance Cluster
One of the areas prone to fraud in any business is the management of bank accounts used to receive payments from clients or disburse payments to clients and employees. The FootPound Bank Accounts module centralizes bank accounts in the whole system and only approved bank accounts can be used for paying or receiving payments. The FootPound Payments module manages payments for SalesInvoices and PurchaseInvoices. Once all the payments are processed, you can use the FootPound Statements module to process monthly statements for your debtors’ attention.
